[FEAT]: Adding TypeScript as Resource newly #524

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The Next step of Javascript is TypeScript, but currently we don't have it.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to add typescript as new resources in all pages The beginners should aware of typescript while they visit our website and do not find difficulty to learn typescript, so I would also add resources for it all category.
