[STYLE]: redesigned side navbar (Demo attached) #534

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, the side navbar does not looks good, it is not fully visible, not expandable and also not synching with color scheme of the website. The menu bar is an important part of the web app/website. It definitely needs to improve.

Describe the solution you'd like I have tried to improve it by making it animated expandable sidebar menu. When the page loads it shows the menu icons and on expansion it shows menu icons and menu links. It will look more engaging and modern.

Please keep the UI in sync with the page Also the nav UI has been changed, do pull the changes time to time before pushing
