DBUS (or DCOP -  but it's superseded by DBUS ) support will be nice.

I am trying launch arora on XF86WWW keypress.
if arora is running it should be focused (here comes force DBUS or DCOP) only, 
not run new 
instance.

Did you try it? Arora will not run new instance, but only give the focus. It's 
done
by socket file in /tmp.
