Cookie retention settings are global with no override #270

Feature request:

I prefer to set up cookies to always expire when the browser is closed.  When 
set this way, 
Firefox allows you to add exceptions, and upon closing it will retain only 
cookies from those 
sites while discarding all others.

In Arora, when the option to limit cookies to the session is set, it applies 
even to exceptions 
and always deletes all cookies.  It would be nice if it were possible to set 
individual sites to 
not expire.

This should be classified as Enhancement but I didn't see an option to do that 
when creating it.
