Bookmark importing has a problem for handling non English language at ver0.10.2.
Reproducing procedure
1. Using Google Chrome(linux)
2. go to
www.mainichi.co.jp
bookmark this. then go to
www.nhk.or.jp
bookmark this. then go to
diamond.p/list/dw
bookmark thi.
3 click tool icon. then bookmark -> bookmark manager
4 at bookmark manager, click manage -> export bookmark as html file
you name and save it.
5 launch arora. File -> import bookmark.
you pick Chorme's exported bookmark file.
then see bookmark in arora.
You will see garbled bookmark.
