Add a bottom navigation bar #23

As a commuter/driveway owner, I want three panels so I can switch to different information with the ease of one button in a convenient place. I want the panels for parking, reservations, and settings

Acceptance Test -Boot up the application -Log in with your phone number -Authenticate with a 6 digit code -Look at the bottom to determine if there is a bottom navigation bar -Click the tabs on the bottom navigation bar to view the three correct screens
