Adding Vehicle Breaks App #68

To Reproduce:

  1. Log In to Application
  2. Go to settings
  3. Tap on Vehicles
  4. Add
  5. Enter State
  6. Enter License Plate
  7. For Make, press done on the first selection.
  8. App will freeze and crash

TO FIX: Add a first selection such as "Select" to hold no value so that a user must select a make after it, since anything after the first make works.
