Album showing downloaded but not showing in downloads folder/ #34

Hello, I fond another album that is showing that it is downloaded but didn't go to the downloads folder. https://blownload.bandcamp.com/album/come-again

Is it because of the special characters that Windows doesn't like and can't handle them?
