Fix Windows CI test for invoking concordance.exe #42

Apparently the silent install happens in the background, so delay a bit to ensure it is finished.

Tests are passing, I assume this is ready for review? Wanna add a description? The changes themselves look good and I see the version in the output.

Yeah. I put the description in my commit messages. I guess whatever way you are merging is taking the description from the PR. :P
