What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. SNOMED CT Data currently distributed via TRUD Is Oct 2008 release
2. SNOMED CT data really need to be up to date

This is a known defect in Snofyre and we did not get around to creating generic 
import scripts to update data for new releases of SNOMED CT. Then there is also 
the issue of RF2 data structures. So ideally this needs to be a stand-alone 
project. If you are interested in contributing to this piece, please contact us.
