This was some general code cleanup, including:

• add a close function which closes all the dats for a user in one swoop (public dat, created dats, relationship pull dats, and relationship push dats)
• split up a bunch of the integration test files
• general code cleanup stuff
• add standard js linter :man_shrugging:

Working through all this, i realized good next functions would be:

• save privacy info for each dat created on the user obj
• retrieve a set of public dats with their names from somebody you are following
• shareDat function that adds the dat key to a pushRelDat for a contact
• a function to list all dats that have been shared with the user from their contacts
• maybe clean up some of the semantics on a "local user object" vs a "remote user object"

general notes

• user names need not be unique, can be indexed by their uid (separate from any dat keys)
• created dat names could be unique, so could be indexed by their names (or their dat keys)
