Causes Windows Live Mail to freeze #18

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install under registry option
2.Restart Windows
3.Load Windows Live Mail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Windows live Mail works correctly, having to force close it as it becomes
unresponsive and was responsive before install.

What version of gdipp are you using? On what operating system (with
bitness)?
0.5.3, Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue seems to be fixed under 0.6.1 however when selecting the registry
option the
explorer in Win 7 Ultimate x64 doesnt seem to be rendering under your program
but
programs loaded up since startup do.

Are you able to load it without your program installed? i was, it seemed to
work in

I managed to install and run it in my Windows XP virtual machine. It works
perfectly.
I cannot reproduce the freezing problem.

Yes its working, for some reason after uninstalling and then loading up
messenger and
then reinstalling it seems to be letting me log in.
