Speech is cut off and first word is not accurately identified

Speech module listens for sounds when they are above a certain level and identifies that as speech.

• This causes any sounds to trigger a listening cycle
• This also means that music will affect when the listening cycle ends
• Most importantly, this will cause the start of the first word to be cut off as it is the quietest

Ideas:

• Use a push to talk wrist button (remote mic)
• Start the recording early on, and use the noise level to edit out 1 second before the supposed "speech" starts
• Then use the end of the noise level as an indicator as when the recording should end.
