Add Instructions for UnifiOS #53

Created these based on my installation. My ISP is AU Japan and they use the same EAP authentication for their ONTs. I've had it running for a few days now and haven't had any issues.

Thanks! I actually moved from my ER-4 to a UDM Pro about a year ago and during that transition, I also pulled the certs from an AT&T RG and was able to switch to wpa_supplicant, so I'm no longer using eap_proxy. I've got a backlog of PRs to review.

I did look into that route, but for smaller providers where certs are much harder to get, this package still works great!
