Update kafka default version #44

As the version 0.11.0.2 is now unavailable, the default version should be updated to 0.11.0.3. For available versions see http://apache.mirrors.tds.net/kafka/

If you squash this into a single commit, I'll gladly merge this!

Hey, I have squashed the two commits as asked, but I'm not sure the version of kafka involved is up to date
