remove references to "hdfs" and replace with "the DFS" #7

Remember that mapreduce runs on any implementation of the DistributedFileSystem . See https://wiki.apache.org/hadoop/HCFS/.

So lets keep bigpetstore democratic and remove any references to specific companies, filesystems, etc............
