would like it if -vln, -vli, -vlx, etc switches were consolidated better (and incl stash info) #12

they should also include a stash column, ... to indicate if the variant being queried is in stash

also, this might need to be merged with more universal constructs that Jef is already setting up. or at least follow his standards.

just refactored a bunch of this code (in the branch) ...

the switches are now: -vrn, -vri, - vlx, -vrp

the remaining concerns of this issue, are part of issue #11. closing this.
