Show stats changes category colours in the statistics window #14

Whenever show-stats is used, the category colours in the pie chart are refreshed, even if there has been no change to the categories or expenses.

Expected behaviour: The pie chart colours remain the same for existing categories.

Team's Response

It is default javafx setting that the color will change every time users refresh. Moreover, we do not think that it will affect user experience in any way.

Reason for disagreement: Colour schemes are important to the user experience, as colours are easily tied to memory and visual understanding. Having all expenses in a certain category be of the same colour every time makes reading the pie chart on subsequent uses much easier, and thus the constant change will affect the user experience.
