Hard to read formatting in DG #23

Possibly a result of the way the pdf was generated, but the ** does not create new bullet points where there likely should be.

That was a wrong markdown syntax which I did not notice. The second circled parts should be on a new line. I have changed the severity level to very low, because this is a formatting problem and has nothing to do with the content written. Thanks for pointing out!
