From the textbook, it stated that benefit can be omitted if it is obvious

We omitted the benefit because we think that the benefit is too obvious.

Moreover, from the Sample Developer Guide given as shown in the screenshot

The add person do not have the user story and we think clear and add should have similar obvious benefit.
