Supported currencies and their rates are closely tied together, and it does not make sense for them to be separated like this as they all share the column of currency code.

Team's Response

A user would request for these two tables under different circumstances. The exchange rate table would be rarely used as it is a reference table of the exchange rates adopted by UniSave, this is the information the user does not need to know when he is only checking the currency code of a currency.
