Content Summary tile styling #162

Please change the styling of the Content Summary tile to put the Title centered below the image, using white text on a blue (#205c90) background.

To be used for tiles using Team Members and Projects (not just on the homepage.)

Should we perhaps offer a couple different options for styling this tile?

Maybe, in fact I thought so at first. At this point though, I'm inclined to keep it simple and focus efforts on a new slider which will be a heavy lift. Let's discuss in our meeting Monday.

Sounds good. It's not really any additional work to add an optional style vs changing the default styling.

In that case it's fine to add this as an optional style, and leave the default style as-is.
