There should be a "Staff Debug" interface #10

I have no idea what complexities this may introduce, but it bothers me that there's no staff debug interface for this XBlock.

Does the XBlock Framework provide any help with this?

There is no framework provided for this. It would be done in the same way as any other modal. It may something more universal is in the pipeline for XBlock, but I don't know.
