Please add opalstack.social #69

Instance is operated by a web hosting company, Opalstack.com.

It is free signup. There is a 1GB soft limit in place for media uploads. We allow our customers to go beyond that soft cap if they verify with us they are a customer. This is in place to protect our core community, and still participate by allowing free accounts which are limited in no other way. (beyond following the rules of course)

I am not sure if this counts as exclusion. I would argue that excluding instances which are supported by this model will incentivize more abusive billing structures or corporate motives. Thanks for any consideration. Thanks for maintaining the list and app.

This appears to be a general server, not region specific, please describe the specific region you are soliciting users from or the specific minority language you are supporting
