Hide buttons on mobile #5

Create sliding panel for buttons, which will always be visible on a screen that has no touch events.

With touch actions, you can

  1. Swipe left to turn / go next
  2. Swipe down to consider card learnt
  3. Tap and hold on Russian to replay the audio (audio button can appear on long tap)
  4. Tap and hold on stimulus to get a hint

Press the progress bar and drag up to show the panel again.
