If don't want to use django's gis feature. Can disable to add FLOPPY_FORMS_USE_GIS = False option. It's simple fetch.

Could we get this merged? Unfortunately, Travis can’t access the repository so I can’t see which checks are failing.

If this is an issue with the PR, I’m happy to open another one :)
