When I edit the form again, the contents of the chained appear empty #326

When I try django-smart-selects 1.5.9, I can select chained content and save it.But when I edit the form again, the chained content appears empty.The browser request and response reported no errors.

Django version 2.2.18 Python version 3.6.8
