Error with add new Inline form - ChainedForeignKey #334

Django-smart-selects works fine for pre-existing inline forms created. But when I click on "Add new form" in the inline. The new form doesn't populate the chained field. #193

Okay. I'll do as you suggested and revert to you with the results; install the django-smart-selects 1.5.4 version and add new inline forms. Thanks a lot!

Try the older version, currently I use python 3.8.8 and django-smart-selects 1.5.4. I also had the same problem, it was working with the latest version and it did not work well when using inline forms
