Account superclass

Account needs to have:

• a value ("stocks")
• an updating rule ("flows")
• a check for existence of necessary environment variables in model

OK instead of accounts we specify a directed graph structure for each of the flows, plus account names, then model creates the relevant accounts in situ.

open balance is a period 0 graph to each of the account names with existing balance
