replace human panic email contact method with Discord link #216

since #133 went well and I don't like email, let's make this better

So you want the discord link in place of the email or do you want the link to be listed in the panic along with the email?

I think instead of forking it, which sucks because then we have to push that to crates.io, or fixing it upstream, we can use this https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/reference/manifest.html#the-patch-section
