Refactor CPT subgenerator

Just tried using the existing CPT subgenerator on @rmccue's adjustments branch. A bunch of things need to be updated/fixed.

[ ] evaluate/remove class structure for CPT and base new cpt on namespace subgenerator (e.g. new namespace, functions go into that namespace)
[ ] replace CPT_Core with Extended CPTs.
[ ] replace CMB2 with HM CMB
