we want phoenix show to display but not Church of the Redeemer, etc. How will we deaL with that?

The following shows will be announced & published on our website next Tuesday:

Caravan Palace @ the Phoenix

Aretha Franklin @ the Sony Centre

4 Home Smith shows

14 Jazz Bistro shows

That's a great plan. So all I need to do is to switch over the home page to show the 9 concerts just before 10am? You say 'next Tuesday'. I thought it was tomorrow?

Yes, I've been tracking this. They say there's a max 12 hour delay between paying the money and being guaranteed of it being up. So that would be around 3am

I have raised a ticket with the .to domain and got an email that they started to fix the problem. In the meantime I have a backup plan which will work if the person types torontojazz.com into their phone but not if they have it saved already as jazz.to. I'll keep you posted.

Don't forget that if you are logged in, you can see all the concerts on the calendar, not just the live ones. To see what the public sees, view: http://torontojazz.com/calendar/rebuild Does that look ok?

lookin good on the at-a-glance. Any progress on the backup plan?

The backup plan is working. As I said earlier, if you are on a phone and go to torontojazz.com then it will switch correctly to the backup mobile site. (m.torontojazz.com) What will not work is if you have jazz.to already programmed into your phone. Hopefully within a couple of hours that will be resolved. I'm checking it every few minutes and will let you know as soon as anything changes.
