so filenames in the convolog ldjson are just local to that convolog.
and maybe that's kind of fragile, but maybe not, you can rename a topic without worrying about anything becoming out of sync, you could move an entire topic into a different topic, no big deal, all the messages go with it... I think it would be interesting...
and then the whole thing is a git repo so it can be archived, cloned and pulled, or whatever the best IPFS vcs looks like
