Upgrading to latest lost me all settings. #112

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Auto upgrade to latest version
2. All preset settings gone
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I upgraded to newest, and lost all settings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest, Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
Lost all settings for uploads and other things I had set within the program.
