Tooltip Notifications Do Not Work #91

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take a screenshot of any kind, wait for the upload to process.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. I expect to see a tooltip notification (or "bubble") that informs the user 
of a finished upload.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ShareXmod 7.2 r328
Windows 8 Pro x64
(A friend has also experienced this issue on Windows 7 x64)

I was able to reproduce this bug on r328, and can confirm that it appears fixed 
on r336. Marking as fixed. Elevory, let us know if it's fixed for you as well.

Sidenote: It'd be nice if marking something as "Fixed" didn't count as closed, 
considering the descriptions:
Fixed       = Developer made source code changes, QA should verify
Verified    = QA has verified that the fix worked
