Fixed Chat Channel Switcher #26

It appears the command to change the chat channels has changed from the towny:g format to townychat:g. Thus the switcher button doesn't work anymore. This PR simply changes the chat channel commands to use townychat instead of towny.

Heyo! I'm generally dissatisfied with the way the Chat Channels feature currently works. I believe it's due for a rewrite, so I've purged the feature from the latest patch.
