Install prs+ on japanese prs650 #319

Your model / PRS+ version?

Prs650 Touch Japanese edition (purchased in Japan and firmware upgraded to 
2.0.00.06070 which is the latest official firmware)
 prs+ 2.1.01 alpha

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.try to install prs+ by running Setup.exe
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It does not install, instead it thows up this error message:
"Unsupported firmware
2.0.00.06070
Your firmware is not supported. Please update your reader to the latest 
official vesion using standard Sony Updater.

"

No plans to support Japanese firmware, sorry.
But there is a success story on converting JP to EU/US version:

I was hoping to just replace the jp firmware with prs+. The firmware after
conversion does not need to have japanese on it.
Well, I have read the thread you indicated, but it does not help me very
much, because I do not have a complete dump of a western prs.
