Create our own idea for a bot

Main goal: Plan a pivot project that the team can call their own. It can have similar functionalities to what you reverse engineered

@jeffbautista I like the idea of a having a converter slack bot. I think we should add a couple more conversions like:

• Fahrenheit to Celsius converter
• 12-hr to 24-hr converter
