Form not visible to some users #4

First, thanks for this great plugin! Running TXP 4.5.5, it works perfectly for me as Admin/Publisher, but some users, all Staff Writers, report they cannot see it. Neither in Chrome, Firefox, nor IE. What could be causing this?

Yes, I must set my customer to admin to see the form ...
