Comments on first draft #4

I have marked up the pdf. Good start. We can make these changes as well as re-evaluate the paper according to the outline suggested by Prof. Singer.

We can close this issue when the grammatical issues have been addressed.

@jbae11 , as I'm preparing my pull request, it's not clear that you ever saw my first marked up draft. A few of the previous comments from the pdf noted in this open issue have not been fixed. Did you not ever see this open issue?

Oh, I did take this into account, and fixed it, but then realized the entire abstract was too lengthy.. So I sort of went through a major reconstruction and cutting down the introduction part, sorry for not letting you know

I see. You should be able to "close" the issue if it's been handled (that's the way these github issues work). I just noticed a couple rephrasings were left the same, so I wasn't sure if you'd seen the comments. My PR will include some of them, so if you have a reason for not adopting them, just let me know in the PR. Will push it up soon.
