The web-based version of VRcade is missing chat. Instead of implementing our own, we should just bridge to IRC. This would allow you to specify a default IRC channel for the room, but users could join other channels if they wanted.
We could also bridge JanusVR chat to the same IRC channel, to allow for three-way communication, and allow users to connect with any client of their choice when not in-game. This would allow creators of rooms to monitor chat in their rooms without having to keep a full 3d client open at all times.
