In common - i am a windows user. Just install Go and whant to use your code. How to do it? No any readme or FAQ?

Now i have error - no GOPATH. How to set it up in windows? Just $GOPATH="C:\PRJ\SRC" don't work ^-(

Windows - 8.1 x64 GO - 1.1.1 Shell - Powershell 3.0
