Github based hosting for demo #1

Add gh-pages based hosting for the demo.

I've done this on my fork. Please feel free to check it out.

I can't open a Pull Request because gh-pages is better maintained on an orphan branch and we can't open PR's for branches that dont have a common ancestor

Didn't you pull the commits from me ? I've changed the demo.html to index.html. that way the page pops up when one navigates to http://jbail.github.io/lumberjack/ instead of http://jbail.github.io/lumberjack/demo.html

I didn't pull the commits. Having not used Github pages before, I wanted to do it for myself. :)

I've renamed demo to index as you suggested. Thanks!
