Bower Package Integration #3

I created a bower package for lumberjack so that it can be installed via bower.

It's currently registered as lumberjack-unofficial so that I can use it on a current project without having to mess with vendor scripts.

However, if you register it, do so as "lumberjack" so that it will always point to your repo.
