Feature request: all creators instead of creator summary #38

Currently, searching for a third author doesn't result in a hit, as third and subsequent authors are abbreviated as "et al.". It seems that pyzotero provides both a list of all creators and an abbreviated 'creator summary', which is used now.

It would be nice to be able to search for all authors instead of only those in the summary.
