absolute path for srcDirName and destDirName #59

I currently run into a problem beacuse I want to create a jBake site with srcDirName and destDirName outside of the gradle project. It seems that this is not easily possible since the current project fodler is always prepended to the given srcDirName and destDirName

let's close this issue. Somehow it is working now (don't know why) :-)
