The default generated site doesn't use tags #482

After the example site is generated as per tutorial, it doesn't use tags. And it doesn't have "tags-index.ftl".

It seems that the example site was created before JBake could do tags?

And in general, the generated site has a bit of issues and would deserve a facelift. I could spend some time on it. Which repo is it in?

Bear in mind that these projects were not meant to be the finished article, but a platform to get you started and show you what's possible with the template engines and how the data variables can be used. Unfortunately that is not how people have used them as I keep coming across sites based on the projects with very little customisation!

In recent talks I've been replacing the Freemarker example project with the Future Imperfect template that @manikmagar ported, maybe this should be ported as the base...?
