No latest version to maven central #53

Hello Jonathan, great work you did here. I really like JBake. Would it be possible for you to upload the jbake artifacts to maven central. currently only version 2.1.1 is available.

Thanks, glad you like it.

Getting v2.2.0 uploaded to Maven Central has been on my to do list, I'll try and get to it this evening, if not it'll be tomorrow sometime. Regardless I'll let you know once it's done.

I've just released it now, it should hit central sometime over the next 24 hours.
