Move to mozilla org. #6

The LICENSE file says this is "owned" by Mozilla Foundation. Can we move this to the Mozilla organization? If you make me a collaborator/admin/whateveritis I can do it.

We can get the repo moved over there easily enough, but Jeff is still the publisher on PyPI.
