fix: use consistent jbang-idea name and Jbang->JBang

@linux-china this touches almost all files so best to get it merged ASAP as soon as the tests passes so no future changes gets hard - this is to have it use same naming/conventions like anything else in jbangdev universe - especially that its either jbang, JBANG or JBang ... not Jbang (that is not the right spelling)
